Features คุณสมบัติ:
| • KGN and KGNP are suitable for grease NLGI grades 000, 00 and 0. |
| • Recommend using a grease gun for filling with lubricant from grease inlet. It can avoid air or impurities dropping into the reservoir. |
| • The action and interval time are controlled by the timer. Work with CV type progressive feeders can supply equal discharge volume for each lubricating point. |
| • Pressure switch can be added upon request. The standard setting is 60 bars and NC contact, which means if the pressure is abnormal (The IC panel Interval shows 000 and indicator light of ALM blinks), it sends a signal. NO contact is available for special request. |
| • Magnetic level switch can be added as an optional accessory. It sends continuous signal automatically when the grease level is lower than the minimum level. The IC panel ACT shows 000 and indicator light of ALM blinks. |
| • The motor is with a thermal control. When the temperature reaches 100℃, the sensor will be on to stop the motor continue running about 5 minutes. |
| • Both types are with pressure gauges for the user to check the pressure easily. |
| • Both types have feed-grease buttons ( F button), slightly press the F button and the grease will feed immediately. |
| •The IC box has a buzzer that sends alarm signal when operation is abnormal. |
