| ► Turn the motor only in the direction indicated. (The motor should be turned clockwise when looking down through the upper opening.In the case of Model KCMM-2, it is not necessary to confirm the turning direction, because it turns only one way.) |
| ► Do not fail to fasten firmly the locknut located at the upper side of the instant feed button after making adjustment to the dischange amount of oil. |
| ► Pull the manual handle for 4 to 5 times before starting the motor or after the motor has not been used for prolonged time. |
| After pulling the manual handle, do not try to push back as the hurdle returns to its original position by spring action. |
| ► Clean the filter or replace it with a new one once a year or more often. |
How to adjust discharge oil amount of automatic intermittent lubricating pump.
| * Fix the tip of piston rod (*) by ㊀ screwdriver, and loosen locknut Ⓘ counter lockwise. |
| * Turn the connecting rod ② to set it at the standard positon after loosening the locknut Ⓘ and fix it firmly in that position. |
