CEN01-03 Resistance Electric Lubricator 3 L
• CEN01 type is without timer that could be controlled by Programmable Logic Controller and can work with many kinds of open distributors and proportion adapters.
• It has a pressure switch device and been set up as 1kg/㎝² for checking if the piping works normally. The standard specification is NC (Normal Close) contact, which means if the pressure is abnormal, it will have abnormal signal.
NO (Normal Open) contact is available on request.
• It has a spark-eliminator inside to prevent the sparks producing when the electric current is running. The spark-eliminator can avoid PLC to be interfered.
• It has a float switch that can detect the volume of oil. It will have abnormal signal automatically when the oil level is lower than the standard.
• Please don’t press the force feed-oil ( F button) more than three minutes in order to avoid overloading. When the temperature reaches 100℃, the sensor will be on to stop the motor continue running about 5 minutes.
• It has a pressure gauge, which can detect the pressure.
• Its function is similar to CEN02 type. The difference is that CEN01 type is without timer and CEN02 type is controlled by a timer. CEN03 and CEN04 types are pressure-relief type electric lubricators.
CESW-03 Resistance Electric Lubricator 3 L
• The operation time and interval time can be adjusted easily as need.
• CESW type resistance lubricator has time memory function that can automatically memorize the original operation and interval time settings. If the power is suddenly off, it will continue the cycle after the power is back.
• Two operation models of CESW are for option: Turn On-Feeding or Turn On-Interval. Turn On-Feeding type will feed oil after turning on the power. Turn On-Interval type will be interval after turning on the power.
• It has a float switch that can detect the oil volume. When the oil is lower than minimum level, the float switch will send continuous signal and the buzzer will alarm.

KGB-35 Pressure-Relief Type Grease Pneumatic Lubricator Tank 1000 CC 220V
• KGB types are suitable for grease NLGI grades 000, 00 and 0.
• Recommend using a grease gun for filling with lubricant from grease inlet. It can avoid air or impurities dropping into the reservoir.
• KGB can be operated by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The pressure relief system of KGB is pneumatic and recommendation for air pressure range is 4.5 ~ 8 kg. It has to work with CEB Type Volume Distributor which designs as a singular outlet with fixed discharge volume that each lubricating point has equal amount of lubricant. There are different types of discharge volume options such as 0.03, 0.06, 0.10, 0.16, 0.20, 0.30, 0.40, 0.50cc/ stroke upon request. Grease will feed during the operation time of the lubricator and the amount of grease feeding is fixed.
• Pressure switch can be added as optional for checking if the piping works normally. The standard setting is at 60 bars and the standard specification is NC (Normally Closed) contact, which means if the pressure doesn’t reach the default setting, it sends a alarm signal. NO (Normally Open) contact is available on the request.
• Magnet Level Switch is also an optional accessory that can be added upon request. It sends continuous signal automatically when the grease level is lower than the minimum level.
• For the first time use, slightly press the Feed button (F button) to feed grease immediately. F button can be used as manually grease feeding for no more than 3 minutes.
• When the motor temperature reaches 100℃, the sensor will be on to stop the motor continue running about 5 minutes.
• It has a pressure gauge that the operator can check the pressure easily.

• It is divided by the volume of grease tank KSC-30(600cc), KSC-35(1000cc), KSC-40(800cc), and KSC-50(2000cc). Please refer to the specification for further details.

distributors.
