CEH-05 Type Circulating Electric Lubricator 25W,220V Controlled by PLC,Tank 4L
• CEH is a circulating type lubricator which means the oil flows out from the discharge outlet into the oil pipes to the lubricating points then continues flowing back into the oil tank through the cyclic inlet. The cyclic inlet has a magnetic filter which can prevent the impurities from getting into the oil tank in order to assure the oil clean.
• CEH type is without the timer that could be also controlled by the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
• After installing the CEH type lubricator and connecting the oil pipes, let the lubricator continue running til the oil fulfils the oil pipes and the oil flows out to exhaust the air, then the lubricator is ready to use.
• It has a high quality alloy steel pump that not only can provide steady output pressure and low noise,but also can assure the oil reaches each lubricating point. It is suitable for applying in the large machineries’ demands.

CEN01-03 Resistance Electric Lubricator 3 L
• CEN01 type is without timer that could be controlled by Programmable Logic Controller and can work with many kinds of open distributors and proportion adapters.
• It has a pressure switch device and been set up as 1kg/㎝² for checking if the piping works normally. The standard specification is NC (Normal Close) contact, which means if the pressure is abnormal, it will have abnormal signal.
NO (Normal Open) contact is available on request.
• It has a spark-eliminator inside to prevent the sparks producing when the electric current is running. The spark-eliminator can avoid PLC to be interfered.
• It has a float switch that can detect the volume of oil. It will have abnormal signal automatically when the oil level is lower than the standard.
• Please don’t press the force feed-oil ( F button) more than three minutes in order to avoid overloading. When the temperature reaches 100℃, the sensor will be on to stop the motor continue running about 5 minutes.
• It has a pressure gauge, which can detect the pressure.
• Its function is similar to CEN02 type. The difference is that CEN01 type is without timer and CEN02 type is controlled by a timer. CEN03 and CEN04 types are pressure-relief type electric lubricators.
